We loved the USPS commercial with the clown....one day at the local thrift store we saw a clown that reminded us of the Postal clown, so we bought it and hid it in our 15 year old granddaughter's bedroom. We were not home when she found it but the phone call we received when she was over her initial shock was really good......so we got to thinking of all the family and friends we have that could really enjoy this little clown and that is when I came up with idea of creating the "Postal Clown".
